Do you have experience of cancer as a patient or carer in Greater Manchester? You can help us to improve cancer services!

To volunteer as a Patient and Carer Representative, we require you to complete the registration form below. This will allow us to collect some basic details from you, and learn more about you and your experience of cancer.

When you have submitted your information, you will become a member of the Greater Manchester Cancer Voices Community.
